Well, isn't that nice? Washington agrees on little, but it will attack a nation that won't kowtow to American foreign policy aims built around hegemony. The political elite will continue to divide the country on social, cultural and economic matters, while suggesting China is public enemy number 1. Meanwhile, China builds alliances around the globe.
