2020 MLS Predictions

As always, the predictions are never wrong, it’s the actual players who mess them up 🙂

Atlanta: New faces in key places, but Josef Martinez is still there
NYCFC: A team that never is clutch when it counts
Toronto: A steadier regular season could mean a big postseason
Philadelphia: Time to prove last season was no fluke
Columbus: The Crew is good enough to be really good
New England: Bruce Arena has made all the difference
DC United: Goal scoring will be a challenge
NY Red Bulls
Inter Miami
Orlando City
Chicago Fire
FC Cincinnati

LAFC: No excuses in 2020, it’s championship or bust
Seattle: The Sounders will muddle along and then BAM!
Sporting KC: Last year was a one off
Portland: Another team that seems to always be in the title talk
Dallas: Good enough to make the postseason but not much else
LA Galaxy: The defense can’t be that bad again, right?
Minnesota: The jump into the postseason was good. Now what?
San Jose
Real Salt Lake
Colorado Rapids

Atlanta v LAFC: Both teams brush aside pesky competitors to get to the title game; and this is LAFC’s year
